A Juris Doctor graduate of Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), Martha possesses a deep understanding of real estate transactions. As an attorney in Colombia and a Corporate Attorney in a major bank, she brings a global perspective.

Collaborating with renowned law offices in Florida, Martha has honed her skills in residential and commercial real estate, probate, trust and estate planning, NY surrogate cases, contracts, business and corporate law, loss mitigation, foreclosures, and short sales.

With success as a licensed real estate agent, Martha's industry knowledge is unmatched. As CEO, she leads by example, having served as President of the Foreign Lawyers Association (FLAN) and a founding member of the NSU International Attorney Network Alumni (NSU IAN), facilitating connections among lawyers worldwide.
